San Juan River Club
questions, answered.

Where would San Juan River Club be located?

In Blanco, New Mexico, downstream of the San Juan River Quality Waters. The property has not been acquired. Development depends on feasibility, permits, and final design; entrance and drive times remain unverified.

What kinds of cabins are proposed?

10–12 private cabins: a one-bedroom couples concept for two guests and a two-bedroom companion concept for up to four. Kitchens or kitchenettes, decks, and angler gear space are under consideration; layouts and amenities are not finalized.

Is the property within the Quality Waters?

No. The proposed property is downstream. Fishing the Quality Waters requires an off-site trip; private river frontage does not mean private Quality Waters access.

Can I book a cabin now, and what might it cost?

No bookings or payments are available. Price ranges in the survey are hypothetical research, not offers. There is no confirmed opening date or published rate.

Can guests fish the proposed property's river frontage?

On-site fishery quality and safe access still need evaluation. Joining the list does not grant property access. The concept is a riverside home base for off-site premier-tailwater trips.
